Education: Ross University, Auburn University
Dr. Jessica Langdon was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She has known she has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was 5 years old and has never looked back. Dr. Langdon grew up riding horses, owning a paint horse named Max as a young girl. While receiving her B.S. in Animal Sciences from Auburn University (WAR EAGLE!), Dr. Langdon rode for Auburn’s IHSA equestrian team. She then moved abroad to the beautiful island of St. Kitts where she received her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, returning to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine to complete her final year of clinical training.
After being away from NY for almost 8 years, Dr. Langdon decided to return home to start her career at West Hills Animal Hospital. Her professional interests are surgery, oncology and emergency medicine. Dr. Langdon has four animals of her own, a Siberian Husky named Laika, a “Coconut Retriever” she rescued from St. Kitts named Baloo, and two rescue Siamese cats named Miss Meow and Lady Whiskers. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, going to the beach or hiking with her dogs, and the gym.
