I wish there was more than 5 stars to give this place. Drove all the way down from the Bronx at 9pm at night. Wanted to get a second opinion because a vet was trying to get surgery done on my 3 year old baby. Dr. Jordan Sauer reassured me that my dog didn’t even need the surgery. It was a great relief. The staff was so kind and reassuring. I was out in about an hour. They even called the next day to check up on how she was doing. Definitely worth the drive and will be recommending anyone to this place. I myself will be coming back for any future emergencies. Thank you guys ! My baby is feeling better than ever

They took my new puppy right away for her checkup. They called us in the car informing us of everything they were doing. They set up a vaccine schedule for her as well as going through the process of explaining the training of a puppy. They called when we got home to make sure she was ok with ride home. A Plainview family’s Beagle mix got into sugar-free gum in a dropped bag while the family was out. When they returned and identified xylitol on the label, they drove directly to West Hills — seven minutes away. Blood glucose on arrival was already dropping. IV dextrose and liver protection protocols started within minutes of arrival. The Beagle spent two nights on liver monitoring and was discharged without organ damage.
